1. Nature of Services
Our services are professional, customized, and process-based, including journal selection,
formatting, submission support, and editorial coordination. These are non-tangible digital services.
2. Advance / Processing Fee
Any advance or processing fee paid is non-refundable. This fee covers formatting, submission
work, coordination, and administrative costs.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if the manuscript was not submitted due to our error or if the
service was not initiated after confirmation. Any approved refund will be partial after deducting
processing charges.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided once the manuscript is submitted, reviewed, accepted, or rejected.
Refunds are also not applicable in cases of client delay, incorrect information, or voluntary
cancellation.
5. Acceptance & Publication Disclaimer
Journal decisions are solely controlled by editorial boards. We do not guarantee acceptance or
publication unless stated in writing.
6. Journal Fees / APC
APC or journal fees are governed by journal policies. Once transferred, no refund can be claimed
from our side.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before submission: processing fee is non-refundable.
After submission: no refund will be provided.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide timely responses and accurate information. Delays due to non-response will
not qualify for refunds.
9. Final Authority
All refund and cancellation decisions are final and binding. This policy may be updated without prior
notice.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By using our services, the client confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
